We’re collecting facts and stats about food and society, and publishing them on these few pages. It’s a bit of a gappy mishmash (to say the least); the various reports we’ve commissioned this year should enable it all to make more sense.
Yet these snippets of info we have already collected will, we hope, be interesting, perhaps even give you new insights into what it takes for us all to eat tasty, nutritious meals . . . and eat them in good company.
